Cooking : 20 minutes

1. 1 cup of Blanched bamboo
2. 1 cup of Ya-Nang leaves (water)
3. 2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
4. 2 Tbsp. Pickled fish sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
8. 7-8 Parsley
9. 1 Tbsp. Chopped spring onion
10. 10 Mint leaves
11. 2 Tsp. White roasted sesame
12. 7 Roasted chilies
13. 5-6 Grilled shallot

1. Blanch bamboo shoots with Yanang leaves until boiling. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
2. Pound chilli, shallots, roasted sesame seeds and mix gently. Put in a mortar without water.
3. Season with fish sauce, lime juice and gently pound 2-3 times. Put the remaining ingredients down. Gently mix to combine. Ready to serve.
