1. 1/2 Pork leg
2. 20 Cha Muang leaves
3. 1-2 Pounded lemon grass
4. 5-8 Shallots
5. 1-2 Tsp. Salt
6. 5 cloves Pounded garlic
7. 1 Galangal
8. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
9. 2 cups of Soup from boiling pork
1. Heat the pot, add water to cover the pork. Put salt just a little and simmer over medium heat for 2 hours or until pork is tender. After the pork is tender, add the remaining water into the pot about 2-3 cups.
2. Turn high heat and wait until water boils again, put lemon grass, shallot, salt, garlic, galangal and black pepper. Wait until boiling again and ready to serve.
