1. 120 grams Cream cheese
2. 75 grams Salted butter
3. 100 grams Sugar
4. 30 grams Fresh milk
5. 4 Eggs
6. 1 Tsp. Vanilla powder
7. 2 Tsp. Baking powder
8. 150g Cake flour
9. 3 White eggs
10. 1/2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
11. Strawberry jam (for decorating)

1. Warm the oven at 150 degrees.
2. Mix cream cheese over medium speed until creamy.
3. Add butter(room temperature) and beat together until creamy.
4. Add sugar and beat until creamy.

6. Sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla powder together. Blend with low speed and set aside.
7. Beat white egg until fluffy. Then put cream of tartar and beat together.
8. Mix white egg with cheese and mix together. Then put into a mold.
9. Pour hot water in a tray. Then set aside cake in a tray and bake at  150 degrees for 1 hour.
10. Remove from a tray and set aside to cool. 
11. Cut cake into piece and serve. Decorate with strawberry.
