Milk Chiffon Cake - Soft and creamy milk cake. The mixture will be a bit more complicated but the result is so delicious and definitely worth it. Serve with fresh fruit for more delicious.

Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 90 grams Cake powder
2. 2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 50 grams Sugar cane
4. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
5. 15grams Milk powder
6. 80 ml. Oil
7. 50 ml. Fresh milk
8. 40 ml. Evaporated milk
9. 5 Yolks 
10. 5 White egg yolk 
11. 1/4 Tsp. Cream
12. 70 grams Sugar 
13. 150 grams Whipping cream
14. Fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)

1. Preheat oven to temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and set aside. (dried mixture).
3. Add oil, milk, egg yolk lime juice and stir until combine.
