For : 20 pieces
Time:  1 hour (set the dough for 3 hours)

1. 50 grams Cream Cheese
2. 125 grams Unsalted butter
3. 65 grams Sugar cane
4. 1 Egg
5. 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
6. 230 grams All purpose flour
7. 1/4 Tsp. Baking powder
8. Salt
9. 20-25 Candies
1. Sift all purpose flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Put sugar into the sifted flour mixture. Mix well and set aside. Or you can put sugar with cream cheese , butter as well.
3. Put cream cheese in another mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
4. Add butter and beat until the cream cheese is blended. And looks puffy as cream.
5. Put the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
6. Put into the dough (divide 3 - 4 times) and mix all ingredients together until smooth.
7. Knead cookie dough by hands for about 1 minute until smooth.
8. Divide cookies into 2 parts , then wrap with plastic wrap seal the bag tightly. Refrigerate about 3 hours.
9. Knead crushed candy and set aside.
10. After refrigerated for 3 hours, leave the dough for 10 minutes.  Remove food plastic wrap and roll the dough about 0.3 - 0.5 cm (3-5 mm ) .
11. Press on the dough. Then move cookies and place on a baking tray with pastry paper inside. 
12. Use smaller mold, press in the middle to make the gap.  If cookies begin to muddy, bring back to set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.  Then do the same as before.
13. Make a small hole for hanging (optional).
14. Put crushed candies in the middle fully.
15. Warm the oven at 190 degrees C. for about 8-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cookie). 
16. When cookies cooked, let cool on the tray. Cookies and melted candy in the center will set. (Do not move cookies from a tray).
17. When cookies cool about 70 %, set aside on wire rack until cool.
18. Serve after cookies completely cool. Or tie with ribbon through the hole for hanging or decorating on the Christmas tree. Let your kids make this cookie for Christmas gift!
