1. 200 grams Crushed biscuit
2. 50 grams Unsalted butter
3. 150 grams Frozen raspberry
4. 3 Eggs

6. 500 grams Cream cheese
7. 200 grams Grounded sugar
8. 250 grams Mascarpone cheese
9. 300 grams Sour cream
10. 2-3 drops Pink food coloring
11. Strawberry, raspberry and blueberry
12. Icing sugar (decorating)

1. Heated oven at 160 degrees C.
2. Melt white chocolate and set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese with cake mixer. Gradually add sugar, beating until combined complain .

6. Add sour cream and mix until well combined.

10. Pour white and pink color in the mold by using a sharp knife.
11. Bake at 160 degrees C for 60 minutes , then remove from oven and set aside to cool .
12. Freeze the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Decorate with fresh fruit and sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
