1.  Cup Risotto Rice
2. 1/2 Ball Onion (chopped)
3.  1-2 Tbsp. Dried Red Curry
4. 1 Cup Coconut Milk 
5. Red Goat Pepper (Slice)
6. Kaffir Lime Leaves (Chopped)
7. 300 ml. Stock Soup
8. Grilled Tiger Shrimp

1. Fry onion until soft. Then, pour Risotto rise and fry it. Make sure that the rice grains are coated with oil. (It will be shiny and fragrant.)
2. For another one pot, fry dried red curry in oil. (use low heat) Next, add coconut milk just a little and stir it. Follow by the remaining coconut milk.
3. (Back to the pot of Risotto rise) :
Pour stock soup just a ladle for each time and keep continue stirring until water is absorbed to the rice. Do like this until the rice cooked.
4.  Put Chu-Chee sauce (already made at first) in Risotto rice for one section.
5. Put rice in your dish and spoon the rest of Chu-Chee sauce on it. Then, Put grilled tiger shrimp on top. Ready to serve.
