Thai Style Sukii Sauce (Nam Jim Suki) - Thai Style Suki Sauce is very important to make Suki menu have a good taste. If you have superb Suki Sauce beside, no matter Suki Yaki Soup or Fried Suki Yaki are both a delicious dish too!

Thai Style Sukii Sauce (Nam Jim Suki) - Thai Style Suki Sauce is very important to make Suki menu have a good taste. If you have superb Suki Sauce beside, no matter Suki Yaki Soup or Fried Suki Yaki are both a delicious dish too!
1. 10-15 Seed bird chilli
2. 6 Cloves Garlic
3. 2 Stalks of Coriander
4. 500 ml. Chilli Sauce 
5. 200 ml. water
6. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
7. Fish sauce 2 Tbsp.
8. Sesame oil 2 Tbsp.
9. Oyster 2 Tbsp.
10. Salt 1 / 2 Tbsp.
11. Lemon Juice 4 Tbsp.
12. Roasted White Sesame 1 Tbsp.
1.Put bird chilli, garlic, coriander, water, chili sauce in the spinner. Blend everything together.
2.After finish blending, put ingredients in a pot and boil them until it cook. Season with salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and wait until boiling again. Then turn off the stove. The last step is adding lemon juice and white sesame on it.


The secret to keeping the Suki sauce for several days is you should heat the sauce until it’s boiled first. And do not stir between boiling. So then you can store it in the refrigerator for 1 week.
