Fish and Three Color Vegetables (Pla Muan Pak Sam See) - Sole Fish is the main ingredient of this menu.  We can bring to make a variety of European dishes. But today we cook in a Chinese style. Let’s serve ‘Fish and Three Color Vegetables’!
1. 1.4 kg. Sole Fish (Pla-Ta Dieaw)
2. 5 Boiled pumpkin (water+salt)
3. 5 Boiled carrot
4. 5 Spring onions
5. Celery
6.4-5 Ginger 
7. Sesame oil
8. Chinese liquor

Side dish
1. Mushroom (fry with oil, soy sauce, Chinese liquor and pepper)

1. 1/2 Tsp. Soy bean sauce
2. 1 Tsp. Cane sugar
3. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce 
4. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
5. 3 Tsp. Oyster sauce
6. 1 Tbsp. Chinese wine
7. 2 Tsp. Sesame oil 
8. Slight pepper 
9. 1/2 cup Broth 
10. Hongkong tapioca flour
11. 3 Tsp. Minced garlic
12. 3 Tsp. Ginger
13. Oil (for stir-fry)

1. Fillet fish, then roll fish and vegetables as in the clip. 
2. Steam fish with ginger sauce, sesame oil and Chinese wine. Cover with plastic food wrap. 
3. Boil water and steam fish for about 8-10 minutes. 
4. Make sauce by frying ginger, garlic until fragrant. Then add Chinese wine, add broth and sauce just a little.
5. Add sesame oil, grounded pepper and tapioca flour.
6. Serve with a mushroom sauce.
