For 1 large pot
Cooking time: 3-4 hours

1.  600 grams Beef
2.  500 grams Beef tendon
3. Beef or pork soup
4. 1 set Chinese herb
5. 3 Shallot
6. 4-5 Celery root
7. 1-2 small Ginger
8. 3 Celery roots
9. 1 Garlic (cut half)
10. 3-5 Spring onion
11. 2 Tsp. Black pepper
12. 3-4 Pandan leaves
13. 1/3 cup of Chinese liquor

1. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
3. 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
4. 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1. Heat the pan, add a little oil. Grill beef and set aside. 
2. In the same pan, grill vegetables (except pandan leave) over low heat. Then turn to high heat, add Chinese liquor. Set aside.
3. Put meat and vegetables into a pot. Fill tendon broth and spoon boiling bubbles out. 
4. Fill in the sauce. Taste.
5. Low the heat. Add Chinese herb and pandan leave. Steam about 2-2.30 hours.
6. Divide beef and filter broth. 
7. Cut beef and tendon into piece. Simmer until the water dry about 60%. Taste.
