For 1 Pot
Cooking time: 2 hours

1. 600 grams Beef liver 
2. 500 grams Pork Tendon 
3. 4-5 tbsp. Sugar
4. Pork rib soup
5. 8 Garlics
6. 3 Coriander roots
7. 3 Shallots
8. 4 Mushrooms
9. 3 Pandan leaves
10. 2 Tsp. Black pepper 
11. Chinese herb
12. 4 Tbsp Chinese liquor

Sauce ingredients
1.1/2 Tsp.  Cane sugar 
2. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
3. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
4. 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1. Heat the pan, add a little oil. Put everything (except pandan leave). Grill until brown and smell nice over low heat. Fill Chinese liquor and set aside.
2. Set the pot with low heat. Add palm sugar until dissolve. Fill the pork and vegetables. Heat pork bone broth until boiling. Spoon boiling bubble out.
3. Fill Chinese herbs, mushroom, pandan leave. Add 3-4 tablespoon and boil over low heat until pork is tender.
4. When the pork is cook, split the pork and blanch tendon in the water. 
5. Filter and simmer about 60%. Taste(add sauce if you like).

Ingredient of Steamed Pork (Moo Toon – Nuer Toon)
