Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 220 grams Beef (bone, neck , poultry , and beef liver –finely chopped)
2. 170 grams Minced shrimp
3. 100 grams Crab meat
4. 2 Fresh shiitake mushrooms 
5. 10 Water chestnuts (diced)

1 . 30 grams White egg  (from 1 egg)
2.  5 cups Braised duck broth
3. 2-3 Tsp. Sesame oil
4. 1 Tbsp. Chinese wine
5. 8 Seaweeds
6. 1 Tsp. Grounded pepper 
7. Handful of salt
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
9. Tapioca flour(mixed with water just a little)
10. Bread crumbs (half of small pack)

1. Chopped duck with crab meat , shrimp, water chestnuts and mix to combine.
2. Fill white egg with a pinch of salt ,1/2 tsp. pepper  and mix them together. Add tapioca flout and form together.
3. Mix duck with bread crumb and fry until crispy. Set aside.
4. Fry mushrooms with oil. Then add duck broth, seaweed, sesame oil and pepper.
5. Taste. Add tapioca flour (mixed with water).
6. Serve with duck broth.

How to Cook Fried Duck Stuffed with Crab and Minced Shrimp

1. Chopped duck with crab meat , shrimp, water chestnuts and mix to combine.
