For 2-3 person
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

1. 2 Chicken Breast (Large diced)
2 . 1 pack Parsley
3. 5-6 Shallots
4. 1 tsp. Ginger
5. 2-3 Garlics
6. 3-4 Jalapeno
7. 1/2 cup of Cream
8. 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
9.2-3 Tbsp. Natural yoghurt
10. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
11 . 2 Tbsp. Massala powder
12. 1-2 Tbsp. Paprika powder 
13. 1-2 Tbsp . Buttery India (Ghee)
1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lime juice, ginger, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Then set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Heat the pan. Grill chicken with butter and Indian butter until golden brown all sides. Set aside.
3. On the pan – Stir-fry butter, garlic, Jalapeno and shallots. Add spices, tomato sauce with the cream and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then simmer together for another 10 minutes. Taste and ready to be served with steamed rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
