1. 112 grams Milk
2. 6 Tsp. Lime juice
3. 112 grams Cake flour
4. 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking soda
5. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
6. 8 grams Cocoa powder
7. 100 grams Sugar
8. 1 Egg
9. 1/ 2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
10. 150 grams Oil
11. 2 Tbsp. Food coloring (red)
12. 3/4 Tsp. Soda carbonates
13. 1 Tsp. Vinegar

Cream cheese
1. 75 grams Butter
2. 340 grams Cream cheese
3. 128 grams Icing sugar

1. Warm the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Sift cake flour, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
3. Mix fresh milk and lime together. Stir to combine.
4. Mix oil with sugar until dissolve.
5. Add egg and mix again.
6. Add red food coloring and vanilla extract and mix together.
7.  Add fresh milk, lime with the flour. Divide dried mixture into 3 parts. And divide milk into 2 parts. 
8. Add soda bicarbonate and vinegar in another bowl. Then stir to combine.
9. Pour the mixture in a mold (placed with baking paper)
10. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove the paper and set aside to cool on wire rack.
11.  Mix butter and cream cheese together.
12. Put the icing sugar, beat well.

14. Decorate with sugar as you like.
