1. 3-4 sheets Spring roll
2. 1/4 cup of Diced tomato
3. 1/4 cup Diced potato
4. 1/4 cup Diced onion
5. 1/2 cup Diced chicken
6. 1 Tsp. Masala
7. 1 Tsp. Fennel powder
8. 1 Tsp. Curry powder
9. 1 Egg
10. 1 bottle Vinegar
11. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
12. 1 Tsp. Salt
13. Shallot, Cucumber, Goat pepper
14. 3 Tsp. Oil

1. Boil vinegar with sugar and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from stove. Topped with shallot, cucumber and goat pepper.
2. Heat the pan. Add 3 tsp. Masala, tree basil powder, curry powder over low heat. Then turn to high heat. Add diced potato, carrot, onion, chicken and fry together. Sprinkle with salt. Mix together and set aside.
3. Wrap filling with spring roll. Fry until golden brown over medium heat. Serve together with Arjad sauce.
