Serve. 15-20 person
Cooking time: 2 hours

1. 600 grams Boiled taro / Steamed taro 
2. 300 grams Tang-Min Flour)
3. 6 grams Ammonia
4. 30 grams Sugar
5. 200 grams Pork oil
6. Grounded salt

1.  250 grams Diced pork fillet
2. 1/3 cup of Tomato sauce
3. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
4. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
5. 1/4 cup+ 2 tbsp. Sugar
6. 1 Tbsp. Corn flour
7. 1/2 cup Diced onion
8. 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
9. Grounded salt
10. 2 Tbsp. Water
1. Mix taro in a mixing bowl and set aside. Then mix Tang-min flour with ammonia powder, sugar, pork oil and salt together. Knead and marinate with taro.
2. Heat the pan, Turn the stove and low the heat down. 
Red Pork Filling : Add minced pork, onion and fry together until cook. Season and fry to combine. Finally, add corn flour (dissolved with water). Set aside.
3. Mold marinated taro into a ball (about 50 grams). Then spread into round sheet. Add red pork filling and wrap up like Rugby.  Set aside.
4. Heat the pan. Add oil, turn to low- medium heat. Fry taro until golden brown. Drain and serve with plum sauce(optional).


Ammonia powder helps taro stuffed pretty full.
