2. 60 grams Cake flour
3. 1 Tbsp. Yeast
4. 30 grams Milk powder
5. 100 grams Sugar

1. Warm the oven at 170 degrees.
2. Mix bread crumb, cake flour, sugar, milk powder, salt and yeast together. Set aside.
3. Mix egg, fresh milk, whipped cream together.

6. Divide the dough into 2 parts.Part 1 : put in a bowl and wrap it.
