Corn Pie (Pie Kao Pod) - What a delicious sweet corn pie! Sweet smelling of corn stuff can go really well with crispy pie. It can be delicious light meal even you eat it alone. And it will be more delicious when you have a cup of coffee beside.

Corn Pie (Pie Kao Pod) - What a delicious sweet corn pie! Sweet smelling of corn stuff can go really well with crispy pie. It can be delicious light meal even you eat it alone. And it will be more delicious when you have a cup of coffee beside.
1. Raw pie dough (blends already but not yet baked. Close build the pie).
2. Pie Dough (Baked Finish)
3. 300 g. Sweet Corn
4. 120 ml. Milk
5. 80 ml. Milk
6. 3 Tbsp. Spoon Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
8. 50 ml. Water
9. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
10. 50 g. Unsalted Butter
1. Pour the corn, milk, dry curd, sugar, salt, butter into the pot and boil it.
2. Mix cornstarch and water together, then gradually pour with milk and keep stiring. When the mixture starts to thicken, turn off the stove. Set aside to cool before put in dough pie. 
3. Row the raw pie dough into thin sheets. Cut into 1 cm. for 8- 10 lines for close on the row
4. Spoon corn filling put into pie. Take the raw pie dough (cut already) intertwine on the front row until get the basket weave pattern. Then, apply egg on the pie. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.


Mixture of corn filling has to cool before put into the pie. If you put while the feeling is still hot, pie skins will be too dough.
