1. 300 grams Soy milk
2. 12 Green tea powder
3. 2 Eggs
4. 90 grams Sugar
5. 4 pieces Gelatin
6. 200 grams Whipping cream

Green tea jelly
1.  100 grams 
2. 100 grams Hot water
3. 40 grams Sugar
4. 15 grams Green tea
5. 4 pieces Gelatin

1. Add gelatin in cold water. Set aside.
2. Mix egg yolk and sugar until fluffy. Set aside.
3. Mix milk in a pot over low heat. Sift green tea powder and stir until dissolve.

6. Put in the refrigerator again for about 1 hour.
7. Serve with red bean filling, ice cream or fruit as you like.
