Red bean cream 
1. 150 grams Stirred red bean
2. 270 grams Whipping cream
3. 9-10 Strawberries

Green tea cake
1. 2 Eggs
2. 2 White eggs
3. 90 grams Sugar (1)
4. 30 grams Sugar (2)
5. 1 Tbsp. Green tea powder
6. 90 grams All purpose flour
7. 1/4 Tsp. Baking powder
8. 1/4 Tsp. Cream of tartar
9. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
10. 15 grams Unsalted butter

1. Beat whipping cream in a cold container until fluffy. Divide for 1/3 part for serving.
2. Mix red bean with the remaining whipping cream.
3. Put in a piping bag and set aside. Set for about 30-60 minutes.

2. Beat 2 eggs with sugar (part 1) until fluffy.

2. Place strawberry and cut the stem out. Then add whipped cream on green tea cake.
3. Squeeze red bean filling in a piping bag and Mont Blanc on the cake from the bottom to the top.
4. Decorate and ready to serve.
