Serve: 4-5 person
Cooking time: 1.30 hours

1. 500 grams Taro
2. 120 grams Sugar
3. 120 grams Coconut cream
4. 100 grams Sweet corn
5. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
6. 1 Tsp. Baking powder

Coconut milk (dipping)
1. 150 grams Palm sugar
2. 150 grams Fresh coconut
3. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
4. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter

1. Rinse and peel taro. Then cut into small piece and steam until boiling over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
2. Steam and pound taro and mix together with sweet corn. Then add baking powder and mix until well combined. Set aside.
3. Dissolve sugar, grounded salt, coconut milk and heat on the stove. Knead until smooth. Set for about 20 minutes.
4. Mix the ingredient (step3) and mold gently in your hand into round ball. Grill on Teflon pan or charcoal brazier. Serve hot with the sauce (optional).

1. Mix everything together until smooth (except butter). Heat over low heat and simmer until thick.  Add butter and turn off stove. Ready to serve (you can use scented candle for nice smell of coconut milk).
