1. 5-6 Chinese cabbage
2. 205 grams Grounded pork
3. 3 Coriander roots
4. 1 Tbsp. Thai garlic
5. 2 Tsp. Pepper
6. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
8. 1 Tsp. Salt
9. 1 Tbsp. Pork oil
10. 4 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
11. 5 Tsp. Sugar
12. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
13. 1/4 cup Pork soup
14. 4 Tbsp. Mushroom
1. Pound the coriander root, garlic and pepper in a mortar until finely.
2. Pound and mix with grounded pork, seasoning sauce, sugar (2 teaspoon), oyster sauce, sesame oil and knead together. Add mushroom and broth. Then put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Blanch cabbage and arrange in a bowl. Add filling and wrap it.
4. Steam cabbage in boiling water for 20 minutes or until done (depending on the size).
5. Making gravy flavored with 2 tablespoon oyster sauce and 3 teaspoon sugar. Fry with oil and simmer until soup dry out. 
6. Pour gravy over steamed cabbage and ready to serve.
