Deep Fried Shrimp Cake (Tod Mun Goong) - Imagine if you can eat your favorite fried dish without oil. Today, we offer you to make ‘Deep Fried Shrimp Cake’ with ‘Philips Airfryer’. Fat no more !
Serve: 3-4 person (15 pieces)
Cooking time: 25 minutes

1. 200 grams White shrimp
2. 50 grams Pork fat
3. 1 Tsp. Coriander root
4. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
5. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
6. 1/4 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1/4 Tsp. Pepper powder
8. 100 grams All purpose flour
9. 1 Egg
10. 200 grams Bread crumbs
11. Plum sauce
1. Mix garlic, coriander root and blend finely. Then add shrimp, pork fat and mash thoroughly with high speed blender. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and stir until sticky.
2. Mold the mixture into a ball. Press to flatten and mix with wheat flour, egg and bread crumbs thoroughly. Then put in a PHILIPS Airfryer at 180 degrees C for 10-13 minutes. Serve together with plum sauce.
