7. 2 Tsp. Kaffir lime leave
8. Boiled shrimp, shell, crab stick

3. 1/2 Tbsp. Wheat flour
4. Chopped kaffir lime leave
5. Red goat pepper
6. Sweet basil

1. Stir eggs with curry paste, palm sugar, fish sauce, fish, Kaffir lime leaves and coconut milk until well combined. 
2. Paint some oil in Kanom-Krok maker. (3/4 of mold)
3. Add the mixture about 3 in 4 of the mold.
4. Add seafood, shrimp, shell, crabstick in a mold.
5. Turn to medium heat, wait until cooked and remove from a mold.
6. Arrange on plate with basil. 
7. Add coconut milk, salt and flour. Stir in the microwave for 1 minute.
8. Top mixture (after set aside until cool) on Hor-Mok.
9. Decorate with Kaffir lime leaves and goat pepper.
