Chocolate Souffle - A Sweet delicious dessert of luscious chocolate with soft and fluffy Souffle
1. 40 g. All-Purpose Flour
2.  40 g. Butter
3. 250 ml. Fresh Milk 
4. 2 Egg Yolks
5. 3 White Egg (90 g)
6. 200 g. Dark Chocolate
7. Icing Sugar

1. Melt butter, add flour and mix together with white egg.
2. Gradually add milk and stir to combine. (at this stage, the mixture will become a b?chamel) Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add chocolate and stir to combine. And then put egg yolks and stir again.
4. Beat white egg until rise up. Mix with the ingredients above. Scoop just a little and then mix all ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
