Quiche Loraine - Quiche Loraine’ the classic French tart dish that was adapt with Thai kitchen. It’s easy to make but so delicious
1. 3 Eggs
2. 200 ml. Cream
3. Nutmeg Powder
4. 1/2 Ball Onions (cut into small dice)
5. Bacon (cut into small pieces)
6. Parmesan Cheese
7. 5-7 Sheets Bread (cut edge)

1. Beat eggs and cream together with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Set aside.
2. Heat the pan then fry bacon and stir until crispy. Then fry onions until soft. Set aside.
3. Knead bread to thin. And then lay down on the print tart that already buttered.
4. Add fried bacon down, and then fry egg and cream that already beat together. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour or until cooked.


Not knead bread too tight because it will crack when you bake it.
