Butter Cake  - It’s not hard to make this dessert and good for one who just start to cook dessert. It’s basic dessert for everyone who want to cook. Serve with coffee for more delicious.

Butter Cake  - It’s not hard to make this dessert and good for one who just start to cook dessert. It’s basic dessert for everyone who want to cook. Serve with coffee for more delicious.
1. 100 g. Cake Flour
2. 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
3. 80 g. Icing Sugar
4. 2 Eggs
5. 120 g. Melted Butter
6. 1/2 Tbsp. Ovalett
7. 1/2 Cup of Milk
8. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
9. 1 Tsp Milk and Butter Flavour
1. Sift flour, icing, salt and baking powder together. And set aside.
2. Beat eggs, milk, milk & butter flavor, Ovalett and sifted flour together for about 5 minutes.
3. Reduce speed to low, gradually add melted butter into small increments. 
4. Apply white butter to the stencil paper all over the mold. Pour cake down and spread smooth. Flick off cake 2-3 times.
 Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
5. When the cake is cooked properly. Pull out the stencil paper and invert cake onto wire rack and set aside.
When cake has cooled, cut into 1 1/2 cm. thick piece. Ready to serve.
