Ingredients (Cake)

1. 200 g. Cake Flour
2. 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
3. 160 g. Icing Sugar
4. 4 Eggs
5. 240 g. Melted Butter
6. 1 Tbsp. Ovalett
7. 1 Cup of Milk
8. 1 Tsp. Salt 
9. 2 Tbsp. Green Tea Powder

Ingredients (For Cake Decoration)

1. Green Tea (dissolve with water) 
(1/2 cup cold water + 1 Tbsp. green tea powder)
2. Syrup (1 Tsp. salt + 80 g. sugar +50 ml. water)
3. 100 ml. Whipping Cream
4. 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
5. 200 g. Unsalted Butter (cut into dice)
1. Sift flour, icing, green tea powder, salt, and baking powder together. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs, milk, ovalett, and sifted flour together. Beat with high speed about 5 minutes.
3. Reduce speed to low. Add melted butter in a small increment.
4. Apply white butter to the stencil paper all over the mold. Mix cake in the same direction. Pour cake down and spread smooth. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. Beat butter until rise. Follow with cold whipping cream in a small increment. Add green tea, sweeten condensed milk and syrup at last.
6. When cake is cooked, pull out the stencil paper and invert cake onto wire rack and set aside. 
7. Use a heart mold cut out 2 pieces of cake. Squeeze cream on the first layer. Lay a second layer and squeeze cream again. Sprinkle with green tea powder. Garnish with mint leaves. Finish.
