1. White Shrimp (peel the shell off and leave tail)
2. Tri- Bell peppers in three colors.
3. Celery
4. Parmesan Cheese
5. Black Olives
6. Sage Leaves
7. Chopped Garlic 
8. Olive Oil
9. Hollandaise Sauce
1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Sprinkle olive oil. Then grilled on a hot pan.
2.  Heat another pan. Add olive oil just a little. Then stir celery, garlic and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Stir- just for a while. 
3. Set vegetables on the dish. Arrange shrimp around. Then sprinkle with chopped black olives. Grate cheese into strips into it. Place sage on top and finally dress with Hollandaise Sauce. Ready to serve.

Tips
