1. Roasted Pork Knuckle (about 800 grams)
2. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
3. 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
4. 2 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
5. 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
6. 4 Sugar
7. 4 Cloves Garlic Smashed (the petals)
8. 3 Tbsp. Ovaltine or Milo
9. 1 Tbsp. Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
10. 3 Celery (Root Pound)
11. The Palo Boiler
12. Anise Seed Powder 
13. Blanched Kale
14. 2 Boiled Eggs
15. 1 Cup Cooked Rice
16. Pork Knuckle Sauce
17. 2 Liters of Water
1. Put anise seed ingrediants, garlic, black pepper and coriander root in the white cloth. And tie it tightly.
2. Boil 1 liter water. Add spices to boil with pork knuckle, anise powder, ovaltine, sugar, fish sauce, soya sauce, oyster sauce. Boil with high heat about 2 hours.
(When pass 1 hour, fill up 1 liter water)
3. Set aside pork on 
4. Chop kale and place on the side of rice. Cut eggs in half. Chop pork knuckle meat on the rice. Topping with pork knuckle sauce. Finished.
