1. 50 grams Noodle
2. 500 grams Pork Bones
3. Pork Entrails (boiled in Stewed soup with Chinese herbs, then cut into pieces)
4. Cooked Pork Skin (shredded)
5. 1 Boiled Egg
6. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
7. 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
8. 1 Tsp. Salt 
9. 50 grams Crispy Pork (cut into piece) 
10. 1 Tsp. Fried Garlic
11. Chopped Spring Onion
12. Chopped Coriander

1. Heat water to boil. Gradually add the Noodle. Boil until done, then bring up and set in cool water. 
2. Add water into the pot, heat to boiling. Add pork bone, follow by sugar, pepper, salt. Cover the pot and boil for 30 minutes.
3. Put the noodle into bowl. Add entrails, pork skin, egg, crispy pork and soup. Sprinkle with fried garlic, spring onion, and coriander. Finished.
