1. 7 Shrimps, 7 (peeled, cut back)
2. 150 g. Cucumber (5 balls)
3. 1/2 Ball Tomato
4. 1/2 Ball Onion
5. 10 Seeds Red Chili
6. 2 Cloves Garlic Head
7. 2 Shallots
8. 3 Eggs
9.  1 Tsp. Salt (for boil egg)
10.1 Tbsp. Lime
11. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
12. 1 Tbsp. Syrup (or 1 Tsp. sugar)
13. Chives
1. Cut cucumber in half. Oblique cut into small pieces. Sliced tomato and onion lengthwise. Followed by chop spring onion and shallot, garlic and chilli into small pieces.
2. Heat water to boil. Then add salt and eggs in a pot to boil for 10 minutes, then soak egg in cold water.
3. Boil shrimp in boiling water for 1 minute.
4. Peel eggs and cut into thin slices. Set aside.
5.  Mix chilli, garlic, fish sauce, syrup, lime well together. Then add all vegetables into it, follow with boiled shrimp.
6. Mix ingredients well. Serve by arrange boiled eggs around the dish. Then place ingredients that already mixed in the middle. Sprinkle spring onion on top and finished.
