1. 5 Morning Glory
2. 5 Boiled Shrimps (peel, cut back)
3. 50 g. Boiled Minced Pork
4. 2 Heads Shallot
5. 1 Tbsp. Bird Chilli
6. 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
7. 80 ml. Coconut Milk 
8. 1 Tbsp. Chili Paste
9. 1 Tbsp. Roasted Peanuts
10. 300 g. Fried Flour 300
11. 100 ml. Cold Water 
12. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
13. 1 Tbsp. Syrup
14. 1 Tbsp. Lime
15. 1 Liter Palm Oil
1. Cut morning glory into 2 inches piece. 
2. Mix fried flour, cold water and stir to combine.
3. Add morning glory into the flour. Knead all over the morning glory.
4. Heat oil. Fry morning glory until golden and crispy. Set aside to drain.
5. Season salad dressing by add garlic, chilli, syrup, fish sauce, lime, chili paste and stir to combine.
6. Add shallots, minced pork, shrimp and well mixed.
7. Serve by placing morning glory on the dish, follow with salad dressing. Garnish with roasted peanuts and finished.
