1. 100 g. Pork 
2. 100 g. Cabbage
3.  2 Spring Onions
4. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
5. 1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
7. 2 Tsp. Sesame Oil
8. 1 Tsp. Minced Ginger
9. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
10. Dumplings Flour
11. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
12. 50 ml. Water
13. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1. Chop cabbage into small pieces about 1 cm. then chop spring onion.
2. Pour sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger-garlic, cayenne pepper and stir well. Fold dough together.
3. Place the dumpling dough on hands. Put on the center of dough. Tap water around the edges just in half side. Fold the dough and seal the edges to stick together.
4. Pour water into the pan. Heat to boiling, then add oil into it. Follow with dumplings. Close the lid and steam for 5 minutes.
5. When water dry out of the pan. Flip dumplings and frying until crispy on both sides. Serve with cabbage and Sour Sauce.

Ingredient of Pork Gyoza (Giaw Za Sai Mu)

How to Cook Pork Gyoza (Giaw Za Sai Mu)
