How to Make Egg Noodle and Wonton Sheet - If you want to make noodles and dumpling at home by yourself, you shouldn’t miss to try this menu. It does not require much equipment and not as difficult as you think.

1.  500 g. All-Purpose Flour
2. 2 Eggs
3. 200 ml. Water 
4. 100 g. of All-Purpose Flour (for sprinkling)

1. Pour flour into a mixing bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the flour. Add eggs down in the middle. Gradually mix flour and egg together.
2. Slowly pour water into small increments. And mix flour well with water.

4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.

10. Roll the dough into a loaf noodles for 1 person. 
11. Rolled the rest of dough into thin sheets (not over than 1 ml. thick) Cut in 3x3-inch size sheet. And finally sprinkle flour all around.
