Clam Pasta (Pasta Hoi Lai) - Clam Pasta is one of the pasta menu which is popular among many peoples and it’s really easy to make.
1. 150 g. Pasta No. 1 
2. Clams
3. 1/2 Ball Onion (chopped)
4. Black olives, sliced glasses.
5. Chillies 2-3 dry red beads.
6. 1 Tbap. Garlic (chopped)
7. Chopped parsley
8. 1 Cup White Wine

1. Blanch pasta to the andante level. Then mix with olive oil and set aside.
2. Heat the pan, then add olive oil and garlic. Add dried chilli, low the heat. Add onions to fry until soft. 
3. Speed up fire and add clams down to stir. Then add white wine. Let it volatile for a moment.
4. Dim heat down, sprinkle with black olives on the pasta, then add pasta to mix together. Do not stir too long. Season with salt and pepper before serving, sprinkle with parsley, it's ready to eat.
