1. 2 Kales 
2. 1 Head Carrot
3. 5 Straws Mushroom 
4. 2 Cloves Garlic
5. 200 grams Meat
6. 400 ml. Chicken Broth
7. 200 grams Flat Rice Noodles
8. 100 grams Wheat Flour
9. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca Flour
10. 1 Tbsp. Fermented Bean Sauce

1. Chop kale into 2 inch pieces, then peel off kale skin. Follow by peeling carrots. Use knife cut in 4 points and cut into glasses. Then cut half the mushrooms and smashed the garlic.
2.  Slice fish into pieces. Then knead with tapioca flour evenly over the fish.
3. Heat the oil. Then fry fish until crispy and set aside to drain
4. Heat the pan then add vegetable oil. Follow with flat rice noodle and stir well to combine. Set aside.
5. Boil chicken broth. Follow with carrots, garlic, and kale. Season with fermented bean sauce , fish sauce, soy sauce.Oyster sauce, cayenne pepper, sugar.
6. Add kale leaves, straw mushrooms and tapioca flour (2 Tbsp. starch + 1/2 cup water)
7. Place flat rice noodles on the plate. Follow by topping sauce and place the fried fish on top. You’re done.
