Grilled Duck Breast in Cranberry Sauce - It’s a delicious menu that’s not difficult to make at all. The intense flavor of grilled duck breast, dressed with sweet and sour cranberry sauce that give even more delicious taste and they can go really well.

Grilled Duck Breast in Cranberry Sauce - It’s a delicious menu that’s not difficult to make at all. The intense flavor of grilled duck breast, dressed with sweet and sour cranberry sauce that give even more delicious taste and they can go really well.
1. 50 ml. Red Wine
2. Duck Brest 
3. 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
4. Ground Black Pepper
5. 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
6. 3 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries
7. 2 Stalks Rosemary
8. 1/2 Cup Peas 
9. 1/2 Cup Baby Carrots 
10. 3 Black Olives
1. Cut black olives, cut half tomatoes, red onion and cranberries throughly.  
2. Stir the butter with carrots until soft. Follow with peas. Stir to combine and set aside.
3. Roast duck on the pan and sprinkle over both sides with salt. Stick rosemary leaves on both sides of duck and set aside.
4. Fry butter and shallots. Follow with chopped cranberry, black olives, black pepper.
5. Add red wine, tomatoes, stir to combine.
6. Prepare fried vegetables on a plate, including carrots and peas. After that cut duck into pieces and arrange on a plate.
7. Decorate the plate with cranberries. Dress with sauce on the duck and you’re done.
