1. Saba.
2. 7 Tbsp. Shoyu
3. 4 Tbsp. Mirin
4. 2 Tbsp. Honey
5. 1 Tsp. Ginger
6. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Cut off fish in stripes on both sides.
2. Mix ginger, mirin, Shoyu and honey together. Stir well and then marinate fish with ingredients. Leave it for 10 minutes.
3. Pour oil to coat the pan. Then grilled fish on both sides until cooked.
4. Add sauce into the pan. Then bring up the fish and set aside. Simmer sauce until begins dry out.
5. Pour sauce on fish. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and finished.

1. Saba.
2. 7 Tbsp. Shoyu
3. 4 Tbsp. Mirin
4. 2 Tbsp. Honey
5. 1 Tsp. Ginger
6. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
7. 1 Tbsp. Roasted White Sesame

How to Cook Saba Teriyaki
