1. 120 grams Pork Neck
2. Red Bell Peppers
3. Errinji Mushrooms
4. 1/2 Ball Onion sliced
5. Chopped Parsley
6. Sliced Purple Eggplant
7. Oregano
8. 2 Tbsp. Mirin
9. 4 Tbsp. Tongkatsu Sauce
10. Caviar Egg Decorated
1. Make a pork burger. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and set aside for 10 minutes
2. Grilled mushrooms, purple eggplant  and set aside in the same pan.  Fry burgers for 4 minutes on each side. Set aside.  Add to fry with sweet chilli for making sauce. Add mirin, tongkatsu and simmer until dry out. Season with salt and pepper as you like.
3. Set on the dish. Add onion and sweet chilli. Place on top with burger, mushrooms, purple eggplant. Sprinkle with caviar and dress with sauce around the dish. Sprinkle chopped parsley and ready to serve.


How longer you simmer the sauce, it will make the sauce more spicy.

How to Cook Grilled Pork Hambagu

1. Make a pork burger. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and set aside for 10 minutes
