4. 40 grams Red Bell Peppers 
5. 30 grams Onion
6. 1 Ball Tomatoes
7. 80 grams Pineapple
8. Cornstarch dissolved in water 1 Tbsp. flour + 5 Tbsp. water
9. 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
10. 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
11. 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
12. 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
13. 1 cup Wheat Flour
14. 2 Tbsp. Oil
15. 1 Liter Palm Oil for frying fish

1. Slice fish crosswise in 1 cm thick.
2. Heat the oil. Mix fish with the flour. Fry fish until golden brown. Bring up and set aside to drain.
