2. 15 Sheets Wonton
3. 100 grams Minced Pork
4. 1 Spring Onion
5. 1 Coriander
6. 2 Heads Shallot
7. 3 Cloves Garlic
8. 10 Red Chillies
9. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Palm Sugar
11. 3 Tbsp Lime
12. 1 Tbsp. Chili Paste

1. Chop spring onion, coriander, red shallots, chilli and garlic.
2. Boil coconut milk, then add garlic, chilli, pepper, heat until the milk starts to boil. Add minced into it. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar and chilli paste. Simmer for 5 minutes until coconut milk dry out. Set aside to cool.
3. Heat the oil. Fold the wonton into a triangle. Then fry to a golden crisp and drain dry.
