1. 3 Soft Crabs 600 g.
2. 2 Onions
3. 3 Cloves Garlic
4.1/2 Head Onion
5. 3 Colors Bell Peppers 30 grams per each
6. 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
7.100 grams Wheat Flour 
8. 3 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
10. 1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar 
11. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
12. 1 Liter of Palm Oil for frying crab
1. Chop onion, bell peppers into 1-inch x 1 inch, then chop garlic and black pepper. Chop spring onion and cut half soft crab.
2. Heat oil then mix soft crab with tapioca and fry until golden crisp. Drain dry.
3. Heat the pan, fry oil with garlic and black pepper. Then add onion, bell peppers. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and stir well to combine. Add spring onion at last, stir well again. Ready to serve.
