2. 2 Eggs
3. 70 ml. Chicken Broth
4. 1/2 Ball Sliced Onion
5. 4 Green Peas
6. 1 Tbsp. Sake
7. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
8. 2 Tbsp. Sweet Mirin
9. 2 Tbsp. Japanese Soy Sauce
10. Chopped Green Spring Onion

1. Prepare the sauce by mix chicken stock with sake, sugar, mirin and soy sauce. Then set aside. 
2. Heat the pan to warm the sauce until boil. Then add onion, tongkatsu and wait until hot. Then pour the beaten egg, close to lid and wait for ? minute.
3. Pour  on the Japanese rice. Then sprinkle with green peas and chopped spring onion.  Ready to eat.


After put the eggs, do not leave it too long. The egg will be too ripe and not appetizing.
