Boiled Pork Rib with Szechuan Vegetable - This menu is for ones who like to eat Szechuan.  Szechuan is a kind of vegetable that have the unique of salty and spicy flavors. Boil with sparerib until soft and mellow. It’s great to sipping hot.
1. 1 Head Szechuan Vegetable
2. 600 grams Sparerib 
3. 5 Dried Mushrooms soaked in water
4. 4 Cloves Garlics
5.1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
7. 1 1/2 Liters of Water
1. Rinse Szechuan vegetable with water 1 time. Then cut in half and cut into thin slices. Rinse with clear water to remove salt 1 more time. Then smash garlic.
2. Squeeze the water from soaked mushroom out. Cut out mushroom stalk and cut off 3 shaped flowers.
3. Heat water to boiling. Put Szechuan, sparerib, mushrooms, garlic to a boil with low heat 30 minutes.
4. Then spoon out fat. Season with pepper, soy sauce, close the lid and steam for 30 minutes until sparerib is soft. Ready to serve.
