Boiled Carp with Salt - Carp meat is so delicious but it’s unpopular to bring to cook because it has a lot of fish bone. If you make a wrong step, you will not be able to eat carp at all. This menu has quite a strong taste sweet, salty and sour.

1. 2 Carps
2.,2 Roots Celery 
3. 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
4. Palm Sugar
5. 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
6. 4 Tbsp. Tamarind Juice
7. 2 Pieces Cane

9. 3 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
10. 1/2 Cup Soybean Oil

1. Cut cane into 4 parts. Cut half goat pepper. Chop coriander root and black pepper thoroughly.
2. Cut off fish not less than 1 cm wide on both sides
3. Heat the oil and fry fish until crispy. Scoop up and set aside.
4. Fry coriander root, black pepper with oil. Add palm sugar, fish sauce, salt, tamarind juice. Stir well all until sugar dissolve.
5. Place the cane and goat pepper to fit bottom of the pot. Then arrange fried carp into it.
6. Slice papaya to 7-8 pieces. Arrange papaya on it, then add water to overflow the fish. Turn heat to boiling water.
7. When the water boils, then dim the heat to low and cover pot for 15 hours, and then bring up the carp and take a rest. Drop out the ingredients, simmer sauce until dry out and then pour on the fish.
8. Serve with chopped bird chili, chopped red onion, and sliced lemon.
