1. 1 Green Papaya
2. 5 Cherry Tomatoes
3. Carrot
4. Long Bean
5. 5 Red Chilies
6. 5 Cloves Garlic 
7. 1 Tbsp. Dried Shrimp

1. Peel the papaya, then chop and slice in long line. Set aside.

3. Chop tomatoes in the mortar. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice.
4. Mix thoroughly until palm sugar melt completely.
5. Add papaya, carrot and pound everything together. Finally, add dried shrimps, roasted peanuts and mix all well together.


It would be better if you can roast peanuts by yourselves. Because it’ll be fresh and not rancid.
