Kanom Tua Pap - This is a Thai delicious dessert. Mixed soft sticky dough with coconut and then stuffed with steamed beans.  And finally sprinkle with sugar and roasted white sesame.

Kanom Tua Pap - This is a Thai delicious dessert. Mixed soft sticky dough with coconut and then stuffed with steamed beans.  And finally sprinkle with sugar and roasted white sesame.

1. 100 grams Green Beans
2. 100 grams White Grated Coconut
3. 1/2 Tsp. Salt 
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Roasted White Sesame Seeds. + 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
5. 150 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
6. 150 ml. Pandan Juice
1. Mix salt with the beans thoroughly. Then steam for 20 minutes steam together with coconut only 5 minutes and set aside.
2. Slowly pour the pandan juice into a bowl of flour and knead by hand until dough smooth.
3. Heat water to boiling. Mold the dough into a ball lemon size. Boil for 10 minutes it will float up when it’s cooked.
4. Put dough into the tray with grated coconut. Use 3-inchs wide bottom cup.  Press the dough to flat and rest the dough for 5 minutes until warm.
5. Stretch the dough to thin by hand. Put cooked bean in the middle and fold the dough to stick together.
6. Arrange bean in a plate. Sprinkle with white roasted sesame and sugar. Ready to  serve.
