The Flour
1. 300 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
2. 100 grams Palm Sugar
3. 200 ml. Coconut Milk

Filling Stuffed
4. 150 grams Peeled Green Beans steamed and crushed
5. 50 grams Sugar
6. 1 Tsp. Salt
7. 2 Tsp. Pepper
8. 40 grams Shallot finely chopped
9. 50 ml. Soybean oil
10. Banana leaf cut round 8-inch 20-24 pages
11. Banana leaf cut round and 5 inches 20-24 pages
1. Fry shallots with oil. Add ground steamed beans. Season with salt, ground pepper, sugar, stir well and set aside to cool for about 5-10 minutes.
2. Pour half of coconut milk mix with palm sugar. Crush palm sugar with your hands. Add the flour and gradually add the remaining coconut milk down. Mix until the dough begins to hold together. Then set aside.
3. Heat banana leaves over fire until soft. Then mold peanut into 1 inch ball. to travel light and soft. The mold filling beans into 1-inch ball and mold the dough into a ball and a half inch, press the dough into a flat dough to wrap the mid gut.
4. Banana leaves and a large overlap. A banana leaf rear collision, then roll into a cone. Bring snacks to put in a banana leaf cones and along the four sides.
5. Take off steam in boiling water for 30 minutes, done.
