1. 300 g. Pork Liver (cut into pieces)
2. Mint
3. Chopped Spring Onion
4. Long Coriander
5. Chopped Shallot
6. Fried Chili
7. 1 Tbsp. Lime
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
10. 1 Tbsp. Roasted Rice
11. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
12. 1/2 Ladle Chicken Stock
1.  Chop onion, Long Coriander and set aside. 
2.  Sliced pork liver into pieces.
3.  Add 2 tbsp. chicken stock into the pot. Heat until boil.
4.  Add pork liver mix with soup in the pot. 
5.  Season with fish sauce, sugar, roasted rice. Add shallots and  turn off the heat.
6.  Add lime, coriander, spring onion and mix together.
7.  Sprinkle with fried chili, mint. Ready to serve. 

You shouldn’t stir pork liver too long because it’ll get too stiff and not delicious. A delicious pork liver must be soft.
